Upsidedown Cherry Cake.

Ingredients:
For the dough:
275g butter.
250g caster sugar.
4 eggs.
250g (1&1/4 glass) self-raising flour.

For the cherries:
Canned cherries.
1 glass of sugar.
1 spoon of honey.
2 spoons of brandy.
30g butter.
1 spoon of vanilla extract.

Process.
Mix caster sugar with melted butter. Add the eggs one by one then add the flour.
If you dont have self-raising flour use all regular flour and add some baking powder.
Let the dough cool down while you make the cherries.

Put all the ingredients on a frying pan and fry for 5 minutes.
If you don't have brandy use liquit from canned cherries, you can also add a teaspoon of vodka to the liquid.
After five minutes sift the cherries and keep the liquid.
Put the cherries on the baking dish and cover with dough.
Heat the oven to 180C and bake for 25-30 minutes.
When done turn the baking dish on a plate (to turn the cake upside down).
Serve the cake with some sour cream on the side and pour the liquids you saved on the cake when serving.
