Ingredients:
2 eggplants.
mayonnaise.
salt & pepper.

Process.
Roast the eggplants on the stove; without a frying pan, just dont forget to cut of the top where the leaves are, to prevent them tfrom catching on fire.
When eggplant becomes soft, take it off the fire and cut in two.
The the soft inside of the eggplant with a spoon and put into a serving bowl.
Add the mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
You can also use it as a spread.
